Your time is precious so here's my upfront verdict: CashPirate is a SCAM!
For those of you who do not know anything about this app, it's one of the so-called money-making apps on Google Play Store developed by ayeT-studios with an average of 4.5 out of 5 stars, 1 Million downloads and 111, 514 reviews and still counting.
You could scroll the pages of lots of bloggers' reviews about CashPirate, telling people that it is legit, it pays though not that quick and not that high amount.
Some even listed it on top their lists of legit ways to earn money online together with almost all apps on Google Play Store just to have something to list on their blogs or maybe because someone told them to do so, in exchange of strong SEO back links thus causing more website visitors.
They just reviewed either based on other blogger's reviews or on the reviews of the "users" without trying to cash out first, before making the review.
Why? Because downloading, accumulating points and waiting for cash out threshold waste too much of the time aside from the uncertainty of getting paid for your efforts.
How to earn points on CashPirate?
You need to download and run the app. You can earn points by downloading apps, taking surveys, playing sponsored games, watching videos and asking other people to join.
When downloading the apps, you can't earn points if you had downloaded the said apps previously.
Some apps have retention after downloading so you have to be patient enough and reserve some space and to keep them on your phone while waiting for them to be added to your points.
Be careful when downloading because aside from taking the high risk of having your mobile infected by virus from various ad apps, others are subscriptions which means, after the trial period and you were not able to delete or unsubscribe app, your credit card will get charged.
The survey will let you take but for some reasons, it will stop and tell you're not eligible.
The short video from AdColony which will pay you 2 points per view, is not available everyday.
I had tried playing sponsored games on the TrialPay offers of that app but no one's gonna let you win. It's not gonna give you a dime.
Cash Out Threshold - Redeem Coins
I personally downloaded this app, earned points by downloading apps, played the app's trial pay and participated on its surveys, to verify its legitimacy until I had reached a little more than the payment threshold.
Wanna know what happened when I redeemed my points for a mobile recharge?
I was charged with FRAUDULENT ACTS and was BANNED from their website.
This makes my review fair enough based on my own personal experience on the said app.
Despite its second if not first rankings from numerous bloggers' top lists of legit ways to earn PayPal money online on Google Play Store, I am not the only 1 who complained for not receiving the payout.
It's more than a month before I reached the payout threshold. Had I not eaten until I could earn from this app, how do you think I would have looked like right now?
Did CashPirate Pay My Effort?
A big NO! I had collected more than enough points to redeem a mobile recharge. I got an affirmative reply. See the image below
CashPirate sent me an email! Have they sent the load confirmation?
OMG! CashPirate banned me for redeeming a price! Look at the image below for proof.
They did not charge me of fraudulent acts nor ban me while I was trying my very best to complete the tasks to reach the payout threshold. Sly, right?
I was fuming in anger for completing offers on two of Google Play Store apps online, without any reward.
Not only my time and effort were wasted but I also sacrificed a little sleep each night, just to complete the offer and get NO reward!
I felt my energy drained from the reward I have not received.
Read the reviews guys and stop playing! It's not paying!
Here's the recap:

Does CashPirate really pay out or is it just a "Time Waster"?
Exactly a time waster! I wasted my time, effort and internet data to accumulate points but when I got more than the required points needed to exchange it to mobile recharge card, I redeemed it. They banned me and accused me of fraudulent acts. My big question is, "Why did they not ban me of fraudulent acts when I was still accumulating points?" Perhaps they banned me because they don't wanna pay. This made me think, this money-making app is just a charade. What they did is a fraudulent act. Now that you know, don't waste your time on CashPirate!
How long does it take to earn on CashPirate?
So I got my points on downloading apps and watching videos. It took me more than a month to reach the threshold that allowed me to exchange my points to mobile recharge.
Note: Don't be angry when you download apps which won't give you the promised points. Chances are, you had downloaded the said apps previously so you are not eligible for the points anymore.
How much does CashPirate pay out?
When does CashPirate pay out?
Well, I have not been paid nor given the mobile recharge I requested in exchange to the points I earned. I could say, CashPirate will never pay. It is a scam! Don't dare to download and waste your time!
Do I know of anyone CashPirate has paid out?
No. All the reviewers who reviewed this app did not try reaching the threshold where they could claim mobile recharge or PayPal money. It started smoothly but it takes time to earn points so the reviewer dropped the idea of reaching the threshold and just declared it legit as it records the earned points automatically.
Wrapping all things up, CashPirate did not give value to my time and effort. That made me rate it 1 star ✡ out of 5.

How long does it take to earn on CashPirate?
- You need to wait for Pirate Picks offers to display which app you need to download with corresponding points. You need to download and run the apps to gain points. Once the points are posted, you may uninstall them.
- There are those apps which you need to keep for 3 days to 1 week to be eligible of gaining the points depending on the instructions. This means you need to keep the app on your phone until the points are posted on your dashboard's earnings history.
- Few other apps required your subscription. Once you gain the points, you need to cancel the subscription. Otherwise, you will be deducted more than the value of your points on the subscription you don't need.
- You can play on the TrialPay offers but winning is hard no matter how easy the game is. I had not won in this game. Surveys are included in this offer. Sad to say, I had not been legible to the survey offers.
- One way of earning money on CashPirate is by watching AdColony video. It only gives 1 or 2 videos a day that would give 2 points after watching.
So I got my points on downloading apps and watching videos. It took me more than a month to reach the threshold that allowed me to exchange my points to mobile recharge.

Gah- I hate these. They always feel like some sort of weird scam, and it sucks that they always are, but yet when I see the possibility I always get that little "mayyyyybe" in the back of my head.
ReplyDeletePeople tend to try the money-making apps on Google Play Store because its ads are too alluring. Now that you know CashPirate is not paying, never try to install it. It's a waste of time.
