A homeless cat used to visit our house. It's an adorable cuddly cat so my brother caresses, feeds, teases and plays with it.
He carried it one day, when out of curiosity, he wondered why its whiskers are longer that its fur.
He took a pair of scissors and cut its whiskers level to its fur.
The night came when the cat wanted to come out of our closed house.
It purred in pain trying to come out through the small hole of our broken window pane.
He took the cat and put it on the floor.
After a while the cat climbed, tried to get out through that same broken hole and desperately purred in pain again.
A little pissed of, my brother took the cat and talked to it, "What the hell is wrong with you? You are too big to get out through that hole!"
He put the cat down on the floor and eyed closely at what the cat would probably do next.
It did the same thing again.
This time my brother was irritated to its noise.
He grabbed it, opened the door and threw it out.
The cat pooped out just on time outside our house.
Such a great timing!
After a long while of observing, he noticed that cats spread their whiskers to determine their entrance into a place.
Before entering, they spread their whiskers.
If it won't touch on any surface, they could enter freely without hurting their bodies.
What else have you noticed about cats? Feel free to share by leaving them below. I'd love to talk about pets with you.

lesson learn for your brother!! poor cat must have been so confused about what was going on as well!! Glade you manage to get him out in time :) could have been messy.
ReplyDeleteYeah, my brother had thrown it out on time. ^_^ saved from messing up inside.
ReplyDeleteA funny picture at the top of the site, the baby.
ReplyDeleteMy sister had lots of cats while we were growing up. She learned a lot about them. This was one thing I do remember about them was their whiskers. It does make it hard for them to get around. Hope your brother didn't get into much trouble. Be kind to all cats.
You have noticed the baby too. ^_^ He is guilty of air pollution. I hope you were not suffocated when you entered my website. My brother is kind to the cats. He was just upset at that time.
